Dear Family and Friends,

Please let me start by telling you how very much I have appreciated your notes of concern, thoughts and prayers over the past 9 months. It is very difficult for me to reach out to all of you and ask, once again, for your help. The CT Brain Tumor Alliance has scheduled their Path of Hope 5K Run/Walk for Saturday, May 4th at 9am (registration at 8am) in Hartford, CT. The event will take place at Elizabeth Park.

Last September you all helpled me raise $10,000.00 for this event. I have no expectations for the dollars I'd like to raise this time around, and will always believe  no donation is too small. My primary purpose for reaching out to you is to continually raise awareness for the need to find a cure, not just for brain cancer but all cancer. I know you all know my personal reasons for this cause and I know so many of you have very similar stories about your family and friends. This disease affects all of us and only "all of us" can make a difference. I will once again be establishing my own team, "Bebe's Bunch", in the name of my Mom who died last month from pancreatic cancer. Please consider joining me on my team, or establish or your team in honor of your loved ones fighting this disease, or who have fought courageously but lost their battle, or hopefully is a Survivor. 

If you feel you cannot be a fundraiser or donate, please share my page or add your own story, but please help. We can only do this together. Together we are stronger and Champions of this cause and we will help so many. This is truly not a lot of work and you will be amazed at how many of your family, friends and colleagues will support you. Trust me when I tell you how good you will feel when you see you've made a difference. Cancer research is the only way we will have a chance at conquering this disease someday. Research relies on our help through donations.
